We all know it’s true, but we don’t want to admit it.

Ember was born out of a deep frustration and a deeper belief. After years of leading People & Culture, Organizational Development, and L&D in high-growth environments, I saw how often “HR” became the barrier instead of the spark.

Processes over people. Compliance over connection. Growth over wellbeing.

So I left the corporate track and built Ember.

I know how to balance people and performance, and believe to my core that you don’t have to sacrifice one for the other.
